Wings for Life World Run Zadar 2017

The Croatian Wings for Life World Run returns to the beautiful, picturesque city of Zadar.


The track starts next to the Roman Forum, and St Donatus´ Church, the city´s popular landmarks, then continues through the city center, heading toward the Adriatic highway, passing by the famous city walls which allowed the town to retain its independence.



From the starting point in Zadar to a lovely small city of Primosten, where the last runners are supposed to end their race, the track passes through Bibinje, Sukošan, St. Filip and Jakov, Biograd, Pakoštane, Drage, Pirovac, Vodice, Šibenik, Brodarica and Žaborić among other smaller places.


The average temperature on the Croatian coastline at that time of year is a nice 19 °C, and the race starts at 1:00 p.m. local time.
